The latest project directed by Ridley Scott, the historical drama "The Last Duel" has all the data to become a hit this season. The cast consists of Matt Damon, Adam Driver, Jodie Comer, Ben Affleck and Harriet Walter, based on the book of the same name, written by Eric Jager. Inspired by real facts, the subject relates a violent episode in fourteenth-century France, about the last judicial duel allowed by the French king and the Parliament of Paris. It all started when Marguerite de Carrouges accused her husband's best friend of an aggression and, unusual for that period, the young woman appeared in public and told what happened to her.
